له ټولټاکنو وروسته خبري

له یوې اونی وروسته، افغانان اوس هم نه پوهیږي چې د ولسمشری په ټولټاکنو کې د دوی محترمو کاندیدانو څومره رایې لاسته رواړي دي.
هرڅه چې د ټولټاکنو پایلي وي، یو شمیر مسلي شتون لري چې اوسنی محترم حکومت، کاندیدان، او نړیواله ټولنه یې باید په پام کې ونیسي:
- له میلیاردونو ډالرو مرستو څخه وروسته، افغانستان اوس هم د نړی یو ډیر خوار هیواد دی
- د نړیوال شفافیت سازمان په وینا، د افغانستان اداري بنسټونه په نړی کې تر نورو ټولو هیوادونو په فساد ډیر ککړ دي
- افغانستان د نړی تر هر بل هیواد هغه ښه لقب لري چې ډیر زیات مخدره مواد تولیدوي
- په افغانستان کې کار نشته، او هره ورځ په سلهاوو افغانان د ایران او پاکستان سفارتونو تر شا د ویزې لپاره ولاړ وي، او هیله لري ترڅو پدغو هیوادونو کې چې خپله هم خوار دي، کار پیدا کړي
- ډیری نور ځوانان او ځینې چې ډیر ځوان ندي، د کار لپاره د دغو هیوادونو له سرحدونو څخه په غیر قانوني ډول تیریږي، ځینې خپل ژوند له لاسه ورکوي، او هغه کسان چې هلته رسیږي، په کمو پیسو کار کوي، ځکه چې ورته اړتیا لري
- یو شمیر ډیر نور افغانان د منځني ختیځ په هیوادونو کې ډیر کلونه په کار بوخت دي
- ډیری نور افغانان خپلي قیمتي پیسي د انسانانو قاچاق کوونکو ته ورکوي ترڅو اروپا، شمالي امریکا، یا آسترالیا ته ورسیږي، ځینې یې دغو هیوادونو ته رسیږي، خینې یې په بهرونو کې ډوبیږي، او ځینې یې خپل قیمتي وختونه د اروپا د مهاجرت په کمپونو یا ځنګلونو، یا د نوي پاپوا او نارو د مهاجرت په کمپونو کې تیروي
- په ۲۱ پیړی کې، د افغانستان معارف او لوړو زده کړو سیستمونه د کیفیت وړ زده کړې هغه سیستمونه نلري چې د یوه هیواد د پراختیا لپاره اړین ګڼل کیږي
- د افغانستان د روغتیا سیستم، هغه کلنیکونه او روغتونونه نلري ترڅو افغانانو ته د ډاډ وړ او مناسبه روغتیايي پاملرنه برابر کړي
- د کابل ښار او د افغانستان نور لوی ښارونه، مناسب عامه خدمات، مناسب سرکونه، د ترافیک مناسب سیستم، او مناسب عامه ترانسپورت سیستم نلري
- د افغانستان ملي امنیتي ځواکونه اوس هم د ودې په حال کې، د افغانستان ملي پولیس ځانګړې پاملرنې ته اړتیا لري ترڅو مسلکي شي او وکولای شی د افغانستان د خلکو امنیت لپاره کار وکړي
- په ۲۱ پیړی کې، افغانان پداسي یوه هیواد کې له ډیرو ستونزو سره ژوند کوي چې د دوی هیواد (افغانستان) هغه امکانات لري چې باید پدې ډول نه وي
پدغو دلیلونو، ډیری افغانان او هغو میلیونونو افغانانو چې پدې ټولټاکنو کې ګډون کړی، د خپل راتلونکي حکومت له مشر څخه، هرڅوک چې وي، هیله لري ترڅو د ژوند او کار هغه ستندرد ورته برابر کړي، چې په ۲۱ پیړی کې یې هر انسان وړتیا لري.
ډیری افغانان او ډیری رای ورکوونکي له محترم اوسني ولسمشر، د ولسمشری له محترمو معاونینو، د کابینې له محترمو وزیرانو، محترمو قومي مشرانو، محترمو تحلیل کوونکو او متخصصینو، محترمو هغو هیوادونو چې له افغانستان سره یې په تیرو ۱۳ کلونو کي مرسته کړې، او هغه محترم هیوادونه چې وايي دوی په افغانستان کې ګټي لري، هیله لري ترڅو په ډیري مهرباني سره د افغانانو ستونزو ته پاملرنه وکړي،
مهرباني وکړي د افغانانو د کوچینانو، میرمنو او نارینوو اړتیاوو ته پاملرنه وکړي،
او مهرباني وکړي د افغانانو پاکو او مشروع رایو ته پاملرنه وکړي.
ډیری افغانان او ډیریو هغو افغانانو چې رايې ورکړي، دا هیله لري ترڅو هغه کاندید چې ډیري رایې لاسته راوړي (50 + 1)، او یا که د ټولټاکنو په دویم پړاو کې ګټونکی شي، د کار کولو هغه صلاحیت او فرصت ولري چې په آرامه فکر سره خپل راتلونکی حکومت او راتلونکې کابینه پداسي ډول جوړ کړي چې هغه فکر کوي د دغو پورتنیو ستونزو د له منځه وړلو لپاره به مناسب وي او وبه کولای شي ترڅو د افغانانو ستونزي کمي کړي.
پدې کې هیڅ شک نشته چې په راتلونکي حکومت کې باید ټول افغانان خپل استازي ولري، مګر هغه باید داسي استازي وي چې هغوی د کار لپاره مهارت، لیاقت، تخصص، وړتیا او اهلیت ولري، او وکولای شي په ښه توګه کار وکړي او د افغانانو پورتنی ستونزي کمي کړي.
ډیری افغانان دا هیله هم لري چې د افغانستان راتلونکی مشروع حکومت په ډیرو هڅو سره پورتنی ستونزي کمې کړي او د افغانستان د ټولټاکنو په سیستم باندې هم کار وکړي، او داسي یو سیستم جوړ کړي ترڅو د ولسمشری د ټولټاکنو د ورځ په ماښام د ټولټاکنو مشروع پایلي اعلان کړي!







Post Election Discussions:
After a week, Afghans still do not know how their respected candidates performed in this Presidential election.
Whatever the outcome of this election might be, there are a number of issues that the current respected government, candidates, and the international community needs to take into considerations:
- After billions of dollars of aid, Afghanistan is still one of the poorest, if not the poorest country in the world
- According to Transparency International, Afghanistan government administrations are the most corrupt in the world
- Afghanistan has the nicest title of the top narcotics producer in the world
- Jobs are scarce, and every day hundreds of Afghans stand behind the walls of the Embassies of Iran and Pakistan for visas and hoping that they will find work in these countries, which are also poor
- Many other young and not so young Afghans, cross the borders of these two countries illegally for work, some lose their lives on the border and those who make it there, work illegally for much less because they need to
- Many other Afghans, risk their lives and give their precious money to human traffickers, to go to Europe, north America or Australia, some get to these countries, some get drowned in the seas, and some spend their precious times in the migration camps and jungles of Europe, or in the migration camps of the Islands of Papua new guinea or Naru
- Considerable number of other Afghans are busy working in the middle east for many years
- In the 21st century, Afghanistan education system lacks the education quality that is needed for the development of a country
- Afghanistan health care system, clinics and hospitals are not adequate to give the Afghan public adequate health care
- Kabul city and other larger cities do not have adequate public services, roads, traffic systems and public transport systems
- Afghan security forces and especially the Afghan National Police need much more work before they can be called a professional security force
- And in the 21st century, there are many other shortcomings in this country, which has the potential to not be how it is today
For these reasons, majority Afghans and the millions of people who voted in this election, would like their future head of government, whoever might be, to give them a standard of living and a standard of work that every human being deserves in the 21st century.
Majority Afghans would like their respected current President, his respected deputies, respected cabinet ministers, those respected Afghans who comment on election issues (analysts and professionals) and those respected nations who assisted Afghanistan in the last 13 years, and those respected countries who say they have interests in Afghanistan, to please pay attention to plights of the Afghan people,
Please pay attention to the needs of the Afghan children, women and men,
And to please pay attention to the clean and legitimate votes of the Afghan people.
Majority Afghans and those who voted despite many security concerns; would like the candidate that has received majority of the votes (50 + 1) or that candidate if elected in the second round, to have the mandate to choose his future cabinet as he thinks that will be right for the mandate and a government and a cabinet that can lessen the plights of the Afghan people.
There is no doubt that all Afghans should feel represented in the future government, but only those Afghans should be represented who have the skills, merits, professionalism, and can perform their work to minimize the above mentioned concerns of the Afghan people.
Majority Afghan would like the future legitimate government to work hard and lessen the above mentioned problems and also work on the Afghan electoral system, and create a system for the next Presidential election that can produce legitimate results on Election Day evening!
