An old public bathing house (Hammam) called Hamamm-e-Kartae-Sakhi in Karta-e-4 of Kabul city. This kind of public bathing houses were common before the 1970s before the Soviet invasion and afterwards during the civil wars. Now very few of these Hammams do exist in Kabul.

In Afghanistan, one thing that might be found everywhere in abundance is bombs. The pressure cooker in this photo is full of explosives and ready to be blown up near the ministry of defense in Kabul.
