In Afghanistan's central provinces there are a wild green plant called( illa rang.) in past the plant was use as local medicine for physical damage or as pain killer. but nowadays,some people found it's roots are useful for other Purposes as well. they are using the roots of the plant to make color for handmade carpets. since then hundreds of locals comes every night out of their homes to find the illa rang plants in nearby mountains, collect these and smuggle it out of country. local officials in (bamyan) province told the BBC they have imposed band on cutting and transporting of the plant, but as they have very few security personal, the market for the roots of plants is on high outside the country and also the smugglers are giving money to locals for cutting the plants at nights, that's why they are unable to control the Issue
