څرګنده ده چې افغانان الحمد لله مسلمانان دي او دخپل مذهب ،عقيدې ، مقدساتو او دهغوی د ساتونکو او خپرونکو علماؤ، طالبانو او مدرسو په اړه ښکاره او څرګند دریځ لري. ځکه نو دنوموړو د سپکاوي او توهین په اړه هر ډول راپور چې بنیاد یې یوازې او یوازې له افغانانو او مسلمانانو سره د حقد او کینې پر بنیاد وي، موږ ټولو افغانانو ته د زغملو وړ ندی.
خو له بده مرغه د (بي بي سي پښتواو دري څانګې) یو ژورنالست د ژورنالستیکي آرونو او اصولو خلاف یو ځل بیا هڅه کړې چې د افغانانو په کلتور، دین او عنعناتو له حقیقت څخه لرې یو راپور خپور کړي. د افغانستان په کندوز ولایت کې د انجونو د دیني مدرسې (اشرف المدارس) په اړه د بي بي سي راپور همداسې بې بنیاده، د اسلامي او افغاني کلتور خلاف، له کینې او حقد څخه ډک یو راپور دی چې په هغه کې په څرګند ډول زموږ علماؤ او د دین زده کوونکو ته سپکاوی او توهین شوی دی او زموږ حجاب ته چې زموږ د دین له شعایرو څخه ګڼل کېږي، په بدو الفاظو یاد شوی دی. موږ ټول افغانان ددغه بې بنیاده او له حقیقت څخه د بعید راپور په اړه خپل پریکړه لیک په لاندې مادو کې بیانوو او ستاسو له ادارې څخه یې د ژر تر ژره عملي کېدو غوښتنه کوو؛
1. بي بي سي پښتو او دري څانګه باید ددغه توهین آمیزه راپور اړوند له ټولو افغانانو خصوصا د اشرف المدارس له معلمینو او زده کوونکو څخه بخښنه وغواړي او ددغه راپور په اړه خپل پریکون اعلان کړي
2. هغه غیرمسلکي ژورنالست چې دغه بې بنیاده راپور یې جوړ او خپور کړی دی باید له دندې ګوښه شي او په آینده کې یې په ټولو ژورنالستیکي فعالیتونو بندیز ولګیږي
3. د راتلونکې لپاره باید بې بې سې خپله ټوله اداره له داسې بې اساسه او توهین امیزه کړنو لرې وساتي
4. بې بې سې بايد هغه څه (بې حجابي) چې د افغانانو د دود خلاف دی، د افغانانو دود ونه بولي
5. د دې لپاره چې بې بې سې د یوې رسنۍ په ډول خپل اصلیت ثابت کړی وي، په افغانستان کې دې هغه افغانان خپل همکاران ونیسي، چې حد اقل اسلامي او افغاني ارزښتونه ورته معلوم وي
6. که چېرته بیا داسې یا دې ته ورته کړنه تکرار شي، نو موږ به له هر ډول قضایي او قانوني لارې د خپلو حقوقو غوښتنه کوو.

Obviously Afghans are devoted Muslims and they have clear-cut orientation and specific sensitivities towards their religion, culture, sanctuaries, religious patriarchs, Uloma (scholars) and the students of religious schools. Therefore, we strongly condemn every action prompting conspicuous insult to all our Uloma, religious schools, teachers and their students at religious schools. Unfortunately, the BBC Afghanistan broadcasted a baseless and insulting report on its website about a religious school in Kundoz province of Afghanistan. The report consists of Kafkaesque obsessive items which directly run afoul the social and religious status of the (Ashraful-Madares [I]اشرف المدارس[/I]), a religious school. The report also used extremely upsetting words about (Hijab) the sound and valid part of our Shari’ah, which caused drastic mass outburst of anger towards the BBC and its Islamo-phobia policy. The BBC’s ad hoc measures to liberalize and stimulate the public thought against the valid Islamic and Afghan rules will met the resistance, plainly couched in religious terminology.
Hereby, we all Afghan social activists, following the two days online protest, express our resolution as follows;
1. The BBC Pashto and Dari department staff must officially offer their apology to all Afghans especially the Teachers and Students of (Ashraful-Madares) religious school and claim the report as baseless, contrary to the Islamic and Afghan cultural rules.
2. The un-professional journalist who prepared the report must be sacked from his employment and officially impose an embargo on all his future activities.
3. BBC must keep its non-partisanship and keep away its entire staff from broadcasting baseless and insulting reports
4. BBC must not take into account (Falling the Hijab) as the Afghans cultural code.
5. In order to keep its authenticity, the BBC must hire at least the Afghans who are well acquainted with the culture and civilization of Afghanistan and its people.
6. In case of not applying the aforementioned articles and reiteration of such actions, we will seek our rights through legal channels.
